1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any of the following mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Apps"):

• UK Driving Theory Test 2026
• HS&E Test Prep UK 2026
• Life in the UK Test 2026

you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Apps.

The Apps are operated by MXQQ, an independent UK-based developer.

2. Description of Service

The Apps are independent educational study aids designed to help users prepare for:

• The UK Driving Theory Test
• The CITB Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) Test
• The Life in the UK Test

Each App may include features such as:

• Practice questions
• Mock exams
• Topic-based revision
• Most Failed question review
• Study plan features
• Mistake tracking
• Progress tracking
• Visual learning tools (where available)
• Translation support (where available)

The Apps are provided for educational support purposes only.

3. Free and Premium Access

The Apps may offer Free and Premium access tiers.

Free Access (may vary by App)

Free access may include limited access to:

• A capped number of practice questions
• A limited number of mock exams
• Limited topic review
• Basic progress tracking
• Limited study plan functionality

Free-tier daily or total usage limits may apply.

Premium Access

Premium features may include:

• Unlimited practice questions
• Unlimited mock exams
• Full Most Failed access
• Full Study Plan access
• Mistake Bank
• Advanced progress tracking
• Visual explanations and animations
• Additional educational features

Premium access is typically a one-time non-consumable purchase processed via Apple's App Store, unless otherwise stated in the App.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Independent Status and Non-Affiliation

The Apps are independent educational tools.

They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to:

• The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA)
• The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB)
• The UK Home Office
• Any UK Government body

Where applicable, content may be:

• Independently created by MXQQ
• Used under the Open Government Licence (OGL)
• Reproduced under licence

Where official revision materials are reproduced under licence, they remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

Proper attribution is provided where required.

Use of the Apps does not imply official endorsement.

5. No Guarantee of Exam Success

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date educational content:

• We do not guarantee that using the Apps will result in passing any official examination.
• Exam formats, scoring, and requirements may change without notice.
• Success depends on your individual preparation and understanding.

Users are responsible for verifying official requirements through the relevant authority.

6. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

We do not:

• Process payments directly
• Store payment information
• Issue refunds

We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple via your App Store account and are subject to Apple's refund policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, illustrations, visual explanations, animations, software code, and branding within the Apps are owned by or licensed to MXQQ.

Some materials may be licensed or published under the Open Government Licence (OGL) or other applicable licences.

You may not:

• Reproduce
• Redistribute
• Reverse engineer
• Modify
• Create derivative works

without prior written permission.

8. Licence to Use the Apps

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

This licence does not grant ownership of any intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MXQQ shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Financial loss arising from exam failure
• Data loss resulting from device issues
• Interruptions or technical malfunctions beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.

The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of exam success.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is unlawful.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• The Apps are misused
• These Terms are violated
• Technical, legal, or operational requirements require discontinuation

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

We may also update, modify, or discontinue features of the Apps at our discretion.

Continued use of the Apps after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

The updated version will be indicated by the revised "Last Updated" date.
