TheoryReady is a mobile application designed to help users prepare for the UK driving theory test. The App provides practice questions, mock exams, and study materials. TheoryReady is operated by MXQQ, a UK-based independent developer.

3. Disclaimer

Important: TheoryReady is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) or any government body.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we cannot guarantee that using this App will result in passing the official theory test. Success depends on your individual study efforts and understanding of the material.

4. User Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 17 and older who are preparing for the UK driving theory test.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features require a premium purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including questions, explanations, and design, is owned by MXQQ and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MXQQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
